What is the meaning of "Blessedness" (Tūbā) mentioned in the Hadith, "Blessedness (Tūbā) for him who finds much seeking of forgiveness (istighfār) in his record"?

Linguistically, "Tuba" (طوبى) is derived from the root "ṭayyib" (طيب), meaning good, and it is the feminine form of "aṭyab" (أطيب), which is the elative (superlative/comparative) form. It refers to Paradise or to a tree within it. Ibn Kathir and Al-Baghawi mentioned traditions (athar) from the Salaf concerning this. The hadith that speaks about it was narrated by Ibn Majah, and its chain of transmission is sound, and its narrators are trustworthy.
