Is it permissible to publish religious messages or videos seeking reward for the deceased?

Every good deed a Muslim does and dedicates its reward to the deceased benefits them, by Allah's will. Publishing what benefits people in their religious and worldly affairs is among the good deeds whose reward reaches the deceased Muslim.
