The grant received by the unemployed person is permissible for him, provided its conditions are met. However, the work of the aforementioned person without the permission of the state is not permissible, because he committed himself to the conditions and laws of the state he sought refuge in, and therefore he must fulfill them, unless a condition makes lawful what is forbidden or forbids what is lawful. If a person performs a permissible job, he deserves his wage, even if he incurs sin for violating the conditions of asylum to which he committed himself.
