Is there a prophetic Hadith confirming that Prophet Idris was the first to write with a pen and sew clothes, and that he lived in Egypt?

The hadith "The first to draw with the pen" concerning Idris (peace be upon him) was deemed weak by Al-Albani and Al-Arna'ut. Al-Tabari and Al-Baghawi reported that he was the first to draw with the pen and sew clothes, and that Idris was named so due to his extensive study of books. Several historians and scholars also mentioned that he resided in Upper Egypt.
