What is the religious ruling on a man marrying a woman who claimed to be a virgin but turned out not to be so, and then he was subjected to theft and sorcery by her family?

The absence of bleeding from a virgin does not justify having ill thoughts about her. Virginity can be lost due to reasons other than defloration, such as a severe jump, heavy menstruation, or because the hymen is elastic and does not tear during the first intercourse. So, ward off these whispers and seek refuge in Allah from Satan. It is not permissible to have ill thoughts about your wife or her family concerning the theft, unless there are strong indications. And even if there were indications, the gold belongs to your wife, and no one has accused you of stealing it. It is not permissible for you to present the matter to soothsayers and charlatans, as going to them is forbidden. Therefore, do not believe this liar in what he told you, hold onto your husband, and fear Allah, for you have not mentioned a single reason that calls for her divorce. And if you divorce her, she is entitled to all her rights.
