Is a husband's divorce of his deflowered wife permissible, and does she have all her rights, especially since it is probable that he was the one who deflowered her while he was going through a bad psychological state?

A woman's virginity can be lost due to several reasons other than intercourse. Therefore, if a man marries a woman believing her to be a virgin, and his expectation proves incorrect, he is not permitted to accuse her of wrongdoing if he ascertains that the loss of virginity was not caused by him or was not due to intercourse with him. His marriage is valid and binding, and he must pay the dowry. His wife retains all the rights of a divorcee should he divorce her. It is forbidden to go to sorcerers and charlatans, based on the Almighty's saying: "And they followed what the devils recited during the reign of Solomon. It was not Solomon who disbelieved, but the devils disbelieved, teaching people magic" (Quran 2:102). The Quran is a healing and mercy for the believers, as the Almighty says: "And We send down from the Quran that which is a healing and a mercy to those who believe" (Quran 17:82). He should advise the wife's family to seek forgiveness and warn them against returning to magic.
