Is there a specific act of worship – such as seeking forgiveness (istighfar), remembrance (dhikr), or others – that one can perform in this world to conceal one's bad deeds and sins from one's family and all people on the Day of Judgment?

Allah accepts the repentance of His servants and rejoices in it, and He replaces the evil deeds of the repentant with good deeds, in fulfillment of His sayings: "And it is He who accepts repentance from His servants and pardons sins, and He knows what you do," and "Except for those who repent, believe and do righteous deeds. For them Allah will replace their evil deeds with good deeds. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful." Major sins are not effaced except by sincere repentance, while other sins are effaced by righteous deeds. If a servant's repentance is accepted or their acts of obedience that efface sins are accepted, they will not be held accountable for them in the Hereafter and will not be exposed during the reckoning. Allah may also conceal a servant's sins in the Hereafter and forgive them even if they died persisting in them without repentance. In the Hadith, it is narrated that a believer will be drawn near to their Lord on the Day of Resurrection, and He will make them confess their sins, then He will say: "Indeed, I concealed them for you in the world, and I forgive them for you today."
