Satan crouches upon the heart of the son of Adam. If Allah Almighty is mentioned, he withdraws and shrinks, his whispers weaken, and his effect and harm diminish. Thus, the remembrance of Allah has a great effect in dispelling whispers, and through it, the servant is protected from Satan. The more a servant remembers Allah, the more complete is the expulsion of Satan from him, and if the servant becomes heedless, Satan gains dominance over him.
