A woman is permitted to request from her husband a separate dwelling for herself, as she has the right to suitable housing. She may refuse to live with her husband's relatives due to the harm involved for her, unless the house is spacious and has a separate wing for her. In such a case, she is not permitted to object to the visit of her mother-in-law or her overnight stay, as long as she is not harmed. The wife should respect her mother-in-law and serve her to gain her husband's affection. The husband should balance the rights of his mother and the rights of his wife.
