Is it permissible for me to remove my khimar and niqab in front of a blind man?

There is no harm for a woman in removing her niqab or khimar in front of a blind man, as Fatimah bint Qais (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) commanded her to observe her ' in the house of Ibn Umm Maktum, because he was a blind man before whom she could lay aside her garments. This ruling has been affirmed by the two Shaykhs, Ibn 'Uthaymeen and Al-Fawzan.
