Is the husband sinful if his wife wears tight clothes in front of her Mahrams and other women? And is his responsibility discharged by offering advice? And what should he do with her if she continues to refuse?

Merely advising and admonishing the wife is not enough to absolve the husband of sin. Rather, he must oblige her to what is Islamically required, and she must obey him; otherwise, she is disobedient and rebellious. If he cannot change her behavior, then divorcing her is better. We also draw attention to the fact that it is forbidden for a woman to wear clothes that describe her body in front of her Mahrams.
