How is the estate of a man who died leaving behind two parents and a pregnant wife in her second month to be distributed, and what is the share of the child from the estate if it is born?

If a man dies and leaves behind a pregnant wife, his inheritance is not divided until the wife gives birth or it becomes clear that she is not pregnant.

If the wife gives birth to a male, or to a male and a female, the wife receives one-eighth, each parent receives one-sixth, and the remainder goes to the child or children, with the male receiving the share of two females. If she gives birth to a single daughter, she receives one-half, the mother receives one-sixth, the wife receives one-eighth, and the remainder goes to the father. If she gives birth to two or more daughters, they receive two-thirds, each parent receives one-sixth, and the wife receives her one-eighth. This inheritance is known as the "Minbariyya" case. If it becomes clear that there is no pregnancy, the wife receives one-fourth, the mother receives one-fourth (one-third of what remains after the wife's share), and the father receives one-half. This inheritance is one of the "Gharrawayn" cases.
