What is the legal (Islamic) definition of the term 'dayyuth'? That is, who exactly is he, in detail?

A Dayyouth is someone who has no protective jealousy over his family and womenfolk and condones immorality and indecency from them. This contradicts the religion. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "There are three whom Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, will not look at on the Day of Resurrection: the one who disobeys his parents, the woman who imitates men, and the Dayyouth."
