It is not permissible to use a pirated program because it infringes upon intellectual property rights, which are protected by Islamic law. As for using the free trial period, it is permissible if it is in accordance with the conditions set by the program owner. However, it is not permissible if obtained through piracy, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) sayings: "Whoever cheats is not from us," and "Muslims are bound by their conditions."
