Why must girls seek permission and obey, while boys are allowed to go out without permission and have freedom of action?

Muslim men and women must submit to God's rulings and surrender to His command. God has not granted anyone absolute freedom, but rather freedom restricted by the Sharia, to prevent corruption. It is not true that a woman must seek her guardian's permission to go out for matters of her worldly or religious benefit. Rather, she may go out, provided she adheres to modesty and proper covering, and she is not required to seek her guardian's permission. As for a wife leaving her marital home, its impermissibility without her husband's permission is due to his right concerning her. Males differ from females in their nature and creation, and it is part of Islam's justice to differentiate between them in some rulings. The Sharia's obligation upon a woman to obey her guardian and husband in matters where obedience is due is for her protection and preservation. Societies that have granted women unrestricted freedom have shown corruption and chaos.
