What is the ruling on naming with "Farah" and "Razan"?

There is no religious impediment to naming [girls] Farah and Razan, for they do not involve servitude to other than Allah, nor imitation of His enemies. They are not bad, blameworthy, or repulsive, nor do they involve self-praise. Rather, the name Farah contains optimism, and Razan comes from prudence [or gravitas]. Indeed, it was the guidance of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, to beautify names.
