Is it permissible to perform tayammum instead of ghusl for janabah in order to pray, especially with repeated intercourse and the difficulty of repeated ghusl in winter?

Ghusl (ritual bath) is obligatory after major ritual impurity (janabah), and tayammum (dry ablution) is not sufficient when water is available for use. If the water is cold, it must be heated. If one fears harm from extreme cold and it is possible to heat the water or use it in a way that removes the harm, then it is obligatory to do so. Otherwise, one may perform tayammum and pray.
