Does the divorce of the one suffering from obsessive-compulsive disorder take effect? And what is the legal ruling concerning him?

A person afflicted with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is not divorced unless he explicitly pronounces it while being of sound mind and truly intending it, because he is often overcome by his condition. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "There is no divorce in a state of compulsion."
