What are the wordings for the Tashahhud and the prayers upon the Prophet in the Salah?

The Prophet (peace be upon him) encouraged learning the rules of prayer and focusing on understanding the manner of his prayer, saying: "Pray as you have seen me praying." It is most complete for a Muslim to recite all the narrated forms of Tashahhud and prayers upon the Prophet (peace be upon him). If this is difficult, one may limit oneself to what is manageable.

Among the established forms of Tashahhud: 1. Ibn Mas'ud's Tashahhud: "All greetings, prayers, and good things are for Allah. Peace be upon you, O Prophet, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings. Peace be upon us and upon the righteous servants of Allah. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and His Messenger." 2. Ibn Umar's Tashahhud: "All greetings are for Allah, all prayers and good things. Peace be upon you, O Prophet, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings. Among the forms of prayer upon the Prophet (peace be upon him): 1. "O Allah, send prayers upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad, as You sent prayers upon Ibrahim and upon the family of Ibrahim. Indeed, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious. O Allah, bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, as You blessed Ibrahim and the family of Ibrahim. Indeed, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious." 2. "O Allah, send prayers upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad, as You sent prayers upon the family of Ibrahim.
