How is the estate of a man, estimated at four million, to be divided, given that his male heirs are: one full brother, and his female heirs are: two daughters, one wife, and two full sisters?

If the deceased left only the aforementioned heirs, his wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant, and his two daughters receive two-thirds. The remainder is distributed to the full brother and two full sisters by ta’sib (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females. The estate is divided into ninety-six shares: the wife receives twelve shares, the two daughters sixty-four shares (thirty-two for each), the full brother ten shares, and each full sister five shares.

It must be noted that inheritance matters are serious, and it is preferable to refer them to Sharia courts or consult scholars directly to confirm the heirs and ascertain the existence of wills or debts that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
