How is the estate of a deceased man divided, who left behind two wives (one of whom has 4 sons and 2 daughters, and the other has no children) and 3 brothers?

If a man dies and leaves behind two wives, four sons, and two daughters, and there are no other heirs besides them, then his two wives receive one-eighth (1/8) of the estate, divided equally between them, due to the presence of lineal descendants, as Allah Almighty says: "But if you have a child, then for them [the wives] is one eighth of what you leave." As for the remainder of the estate, it is to be divided among the children, with the male receiving the share of two females, as Allah Almighty says: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." The brothers inherit nothing due to the presence of sons, who totally exclude them. The estate is divided into 80 shares: the two wives receive 10 shares (5 shares for each), each son receives 14 shares, and each daughter receives 7 shares. It must be noted that matters of inheritance are serious and complex, and should be referred to Sharia (definition) courts for investigation, as there might be another heir, or wills or debts that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
