How is the estate of a deceased man who left behind a wife, four daughters, and six sons divided among his heirs?

If the heirs are limited to the wife, sons, and daughters, then the wife receives one-eighth (1/8) due to the presence of a lineal descendant, as Allah Almighty says: "But if you have a child, then for them [the wives] is one fourth of what you leave, after any bequest you [may have] made or debt." The remainder goes to the sons and daughters by way of ta'sib (residuary heirship), with the male receiving the share of two females, as Allah Almighty says: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." Thus, the inheritance is divided into 128 shares: 16 shares for the wife, 14 shares for each son, and 7 shares for each daughter. Inheritance matters must be referred to the Sharia courts for investigation, as there might be another heir, or bequests or debts that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
