Will deeds be presented to Allah the Almighty on the Day of Resurrection, including those deeds that Allah has forgiven, and will a person who committed a sin in a moment of heedlessness and forgetfulness of the verses, then regretted it after completing it, be held accountable for it?

Deeds are presented to Allah daily and on Mondays and Thursdays. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The deeds of the night are raised before the deeds of the day, and the deeds of the day are raised before the deeds of the night." The gates of Paradise are opened on Mondays and Thursdays for everyone who does not associate anything with Allah to be forgiven, except for those who are quarreling until they reconcile. As for the final presentation of deeds, it will be on the Day of Resurrection, when the believer will draw near to his Lord, who will make him confess his sins and then forgive him. As for the disbelievers, they will be exposed before all witnesses. Forgetting and making mistakes are part of human nature, therefore, regret and sorrow over sins are considered repentance.
