What is the ruling on a joke that includes mockery of invoking blessings upon the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and ridiculing Islam by referring to the "Big Bang"? And what is the ruling on laughing at it?

It is forbidden to joke with fabricated lies, due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Woe to him who speaks a narration to make people laugh thereby, and he lies. Woe to him, woe to him." Lying is the head of every blameworthy act, and if it is combined with attracting laughter that deadens the heart, it becomes the ugliest of abominations. The perpetrator of such an act deserves legal punishment.
