What is the solution to the problem of narrow streets and visitors stopping in front of neighbors' doors?

The public road is a public utility that may be used as long as it does not harm others, and its primary benefit is for passage. It is permissible to sit in a wide road to wait for a companion or to ask a question, as long as it does not obstruct passersby. However, if the use results in harm or restriction, it is not permissible due to the hadith (definition): "There should be no harm nor reciprocating harm." Therefore, if the neighbors' houses are closed, parking cars in front of them does not cause harm. If it is possible to avoid parking in a narrow street, that is preferable.
