Is it permissible to act upon weak hadiths, and what is their ruling? Can the people of unveiling (Ahl al-Kashf) authenticate them, especially since there are specific remembrances (adhkar) and supplications (du'a) for certain occasions within them? And is it permissible to act upon remembrances and supplications that righteous shaykhs have acted upon, by way of emulating them?

Some scholars have permitted narrating a weak hadith and acting upon it in matters other than beliefs and rulings, provided three conditions are met: that its weakness is not severe, that it falls under a generally accepted principle, and that one does not believe in its authenticity when acting upon it.

However, authenticating a weak hadith through spiritual unveiling (kashf) is rejected. Spiritual unveilings cannot be definitively relied upon and must be weighed against the Quran and Sunnah, as infallibility is not guaranteed in them.

Designating specific times for particular acts of worship or special supplications, such as the supplication for Safar or the supplication for the end and beginning of the year, is an innovation (bid'ah) that must be avoided. This is because all good lies in following the Sunnah and what the Companions did.
