Is the ablution and fasting of a mother nullified if she is compelled to look at the 'awrah of her adult, disabled son out of necessity to serve him?

The basic principle is that no one is permitted to look at the 'awrah (private parts) of another except out of necessity, such as in the case of a disabled person who cannot attend to their own needs. In this situation, their father or brothers should remove any impurities from them, taking care not to look at anything beyond what is necessary, and using a cloth when handling with the hand. If these are not available, then the mother may attend to this, under the conditions mentioned. Her ablution (wudu') is not invalidated by seeing or touching the 'awrah unless she intends and experiences pleasure. It is more cautious for the mother, if she directly touches her son's penis, to perform ablution to avoid scholarly disagreement.
