Does the demand for submitting monthly reports on da‘wah activities, such as lessons, seminars, and lectures, compromise sincerity to Allah and approach showing off, and is this act permissible?

The demand by the authority responsible for da'wah activities for monthly reports does not diminish sincerity nor is it considered showing off (riya'), if the da'iyah (preacher) intends thereby to clear his conscience and inform the endowment's beneficiaries of the actual work done. This is one of the requirements of work and encourages production and diligence.
