Is it permissible to sell a sacrificial animal vowed for a pledge in order to replace it with another more productive one to fulfill the vow?

A vow must be fulfilled in the manner in which it was vowed, and it is not permissible to substitute it with something else, for Allah Almighty says: {And let them fulfill their vows} (Quran 22:29), and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever vows to obey Allah, let him obey Him; and whoever vows to disobey Him, let him not disobey Him."
