What is the ruling on a wife falsely and maliciously accusing her husband before the police, taking her children and belongings, leaving the marital home, and demanding a divorce without conditions or reconciliation, and what is the ruling on financially assisting the wife in this situation?

A wife's departure from her husband's home without a valid reason is considered an act of defiance (nushooz) and is forbidden. In disputes between spouses regarding the existence of a valid reason, the Islamic judiciary decides the matter.

It is permissible for the wife's father or her relatives to assist her financially, and this assistance may be obligatory or recommended, unless it is for the purpose of corrupting her against her husband; in which case, it is forbidden, based on the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: "He who instigates a wife against her husband or a slave against his master is not one of us." Al-Manawi explained "instigating" as deception and corruption. Furthermore, striving to separate spouses is among the gravest sins and an act of devils.
