Who was the first to disbelieve in Allah Almighty?

There is no explicit evidence that specifies who was the first of creation to disbelieve in Allah. Scholars differed regarding whether Iblis was the first disbeliever; some said yes, while others said that disbelievers among the jinn preceded him.
