Ignore these whisperings and pay no attention to them, for they do you no harm. Your dislike of them is a sign of the sincerity of your faith. Linguistically, atheism is a deviation from what is right. Terminologically, it is the denial of God's existence. An atheist, in this sense, is one of the complete disbelievers, and Allah will forgive him if he repents and submits. Pharaoh denied the existence of God, and Moses called him to repentance. Iblis is the chief of disbelievers, polytheists, and atheists.
