Therefore, to declare the Quran to contain grammatical errors (لحن) is to undermine the very foundations of grammar.

Secondly: Whoever examines the verses where errors are presumed will find that they adhere to the well-known grammatical rules. The Companions would not have left an error in the Quran. The word "لحن" can be interpreted as relating to the selection of recitations or the difference in orthography (رسم) from pronunciation in some words, rather than a grammatical error.
