You must return the money to its owner, who forgot it in the ATM. The owner can be identified through the bank by specifying the time the money was found. Sheikh Muhammad bin Saud Al-Osaimi issued a stating that the money must be returned to its owner if known. Otherwise, it should be handed over to the bank, and a receipt should be obtained, and the bank will undertake to identify its owner.
