Is it permissible to take the money in my ATM card after the death of the person who had been using it for six months, knowing that I do not know his family or relatives?

This money is a trust (amanah) that must be delivered to the owner's heirs if possible. Otherwise, it should be given as charity on his behalf, with the intention of absolving oneself of the rights of others.
