What is the ruling on publishing a video for teaching makeup or another activity that benefits girls, when it contains music?

It is not permissible to publish a video that teaches makeup and is accompanied by music, because it falls under aiding in sin and aggression, as listening to music is forbidden in Islamic law. Furthermore, makeup is an adornment. If the girls are adults, it is not permissible for them to appear with their adornment in a forbidden display of beauty (tabarruj). If they are adolescents nearing puberty, their appearance is prohibited for fear of temptation by them.
