Is it permissible to publish an educational account on Instagram that shows a girl's hand or voice, or contains music?

It is not permissible to publish content that includes forbidden elements, such as music or images of a woman's body, because doing so constitutes assisting in sin. Music is forbidden, and a woman's body is awrah (private, to be covered) which non-mahram (definition) men are not allowed to see. Some scholars have explicitly stated the prohibition of looking at an image of the awrah. As for publishing content with a woman's voice, it is permissible as long as there is no temptation or softness in speech.
