What is the ruling on a woman dancing before another woman with seductive movements and swaying, while her 'awrah is covered? And where can I find this ruling in the books of the respected scholars?

Dancing for women among women is permissible according to some scholars, as long as it does not involve effeminate movements or breaking, and as long as it is not accompanied by something forbidden like musical instruments, or imitation of disbelievers. Sheikh Zakariya al-Ansari mentioned in 'Asna al-Matalib' that "dancing without breaking is permissible."
