How can an irreligious person be convinced to give up his job at an insurance company?

If a person works in a commercial, non-Islamic insurance company, they should be advised and forbidden from this reprehensible act. The advice can be given through several means, including: gifting books, tapes, or fatwas that discuss the ruling on insurance, inviting them to attend lectures or sermons on the topic, and seeking a male relative or someone else to advise them and remind them of Allah and the danger of their work. If they respond positively, then all praise is due to Allah. If they do not respond, then what was necessary has been done.
