Is it permissible to say "Bismillah" (in the name of Allah) before performing ghusl for one who is in the bathroom that contains a toilet?

"Basmalah" (saying "Bismillah") in ghusl (ritual bath) after major impurity is not obligatory, according to the preponderant opinion of scholars. Its ruling is less strict than saying Basmalah in wudu (ablution). If the bathroom contains a toilet, then the preponderant opinion is not to say Basmalah inside it, out of reverence for the remembrance of Allah Almighty. It is better to say it before entering. There is no harm in remembering Allah Almighty generally inside the bathroom, but remembering Allah inside the toilet area specifically is an issue over which there is a difference of opinion between permissibility and detestability.
