Does semen discharge immediately after urination without arousal necessitate ghusl or wudu?

Ghusl is not obligatory for the emission of semen without desire, which is the preponderant opinion of the majority of scholars. However, ablution (wudu') is obligatory, and it is recommended to wash whatever of the body and clothes that has been afflicted by it.
