It is not obligatory to perform ghusl (ritual bath) for the remaining drops of semen that are discharged after the initial ghusl, nor is it necessary to repeat the prayers. Only wudu (ablution) is required. What was discharged might also be wadi, which is a thick white fluid that exits after urination, and it necessitates wudu only, not ghusl.
