Is it permissible to have intercourse with one's wife at the time of the Maghrib call to prayer during Ramadan?

Fasting is abstaining from things that break the fast, from the appearance of true dawn until sunset. With sunset, the fast for that day ends, as Allah Almighty said: "Then complete the fast until the night." Scholars have permitted following a just muezzin who is knowledgeable of prayer times. Therefore, there is no blame on the questioner for having intercourse with his wife after hearing the adhan (definition), as long as the adhan is called for the correct time.
