Will the prayer of one who blocks roads and usurps people's rights be accepted, knowing that his action led to the death of the rightful owner?

Attacking people's property and lives through killing and robbery are among the gravest and forbidden major sins. It is not befitting for a Muslim to commit these crimes, for prayer prohibits immorality and evil. The sinner who commits these major sins should be advised not to abandon prayer and reminded that his acts of obedience may not benefit him on the Day of Judgment if he comes burdened with people's rights. This is because the bankrupt person is he who comes on the Day of Judgment with prayer, fasting, and charity, but has insulted, slandered, consumed wealth unlawfully, shed blood, and beaten others. His good deeds will be taken and given to those who have rights over him. If his good deeds are exhausted, their sins will be taken and cast upon him, and then he will be cast into the Fire. Whoever knows of a highway robber must inform the competent authorities so that God's judgment may be carried out upon him, as Allah says: "Indeed, the penalty for those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and strive upon earth [to cause] corruption is none but that they be killed or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides or that they be exiled from the land."
