Is the hadith narrated from the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, concerning the virtue of reciting the supplication "La ilaha illa Allah al-Jalil al-Jabbar..." once in a lifetime, and the great reward and assurance from seven matters that result from it, authentic?

The virtue attributed to this supplication is fabricated and has not been reported in the Sunnah or from the Companions and their Successors. It bears signs of fabrication and exaggeration in the promised reward. The Permanent Committee for Scholarly Research and Ifta' has ruled it invalid, emphasizing that it has no basis in the Qur'an or Sunnah, and that the hadith narrated regarding its virtue is fabricated. Among the reasons for this are: its contradiction of common sense and transmitted texts, its inclusion of the phrase "Ali is the vicegerent of Allah" with a specific Shiite connotation, and the implication that its reciter will necessarily enter Paradise even if they commit major sins, which is invalid both legally and rationally. It is obligatory to destroy this leaflet, warn against it, and consult people of knowledge.
