What is the ruling on being named Nazih? And is it one of the names of تزكية (tazkiyah—attributing purity or commendation)?

Naming with names that carry a meaning of self-praise is disliked, and they should be changed. However, if the name is intended as a mere label without considering its meaning, then there is no harm in it. But if the meaning of self-praise is considered within it, then it should be changed. The criterion for this is: if the meaning of self-praise is considered, it should be changed; if the meaning of self-praise is not considered, then it should not be changed.
