Will Allah forgive her and accept her repentance from adultery and the forbidden acts she committed? Will she be tormented in the grave or enter Hellfire? And what must she do?

Fornication and other prohibitions are grave sins, and whoever commits them must offer sincere repentance and seek forgiveness. Allah Almighty has promised to accept the repentance of those who repent and to forgive their sins, no matter how great they are. Allah Almighty says: "Say, 'O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.'" (Az-Zumar: 53). And in the Hadith Qudsi: "O son of Adam, as long as you invoke Me and hope in Me, I will forgive you for what you have done, and I do not care..." The mercy of Allah is vast, and the servant should turn to his Lord with good deeds and repentance.
