It is permissible to sell iTunes coupons (cards) for their face value, or more, or less, and on installment or credit. This is because they are not currency; rather, they fall under the category of selling a service, similar to communication and internet cards. Effort and production have been expended in them, enabling the buyer to purchase or rent. Therefore, there is no harm in selling them for more or less than the balance contained therein.
