How is the deceased father's house divided among the children (three males and three females), and are the expenses of apartment finishing work carried out by some of the heirs compensated, and at what value (time of finishing or current time)?

All roles that the father left as an inheritance are to be divided among the heirs according to Islamic law. The son who renovated the father's apartment has no right to a share greater than the rest of the heirs. What he spent on furnishing the apartment, if it was a gift or in exchange for dwelling, he has no right to claim it. If it was a loan, there is a difference of opinion. According to the Hanbalis, the father is not to be demanded for his debt, and if the father dies, the son may take his debt from the inheritance. According to Abu Hanifa, Malik, and Al-Shafi'i, he has that right. If he takes the debt from the inheritance, he takes the amount he spent.
