What are the legal rights of a woman and the custody of children if she requests a divorce from her husband who abuses her, seizes her money, and threatens her with private recordings? And can the court consider these recordings?

A husband must provide for his wife equitably. The wife is not obligated to spend from her own money unless she does so willingly, and what she earns from her work is her exclusive right. It is not permissible for the husband to question his wife about her past and about confessing to unlawful acts; a sinner must conceal their own sins. Abortion is forbidden at all stages, especially after the ensoulment. The husband does not have the right to practice coitus interruptus without his wife's consent. The husband does not have the right to disown his child merely based on a suspicion of adultery or on a seminal fluid analysis. A divorced woman has all her rights, including maintenance during the waiting period (iddah), compensation (mut'ah), and custody of her children. The husband must give her whatever money or dowry is owed to her. It is advisable to consult the Sharia court.
